Hi, I’m Jenn

I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. For years I struggled with an eating disorder, body dysmorphia, debilitating period cramps, acne, and food sensitivities. Over time I got tired of hearing the same narrative of, “This is normal,” for health issues, and being a slave to society’s beauty standards and diet trends. So I decided to take my health into my own hands.

I started to do my own research and felt quickly overwhelmed with not only the amount of information, but how contradictory it all seemed to be. Through all of it, I had two big takeaways:

1. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. Each person is different, which means each body is different. And each different body has different needs.

2. No matter if you’re chasing skinny or chasing organic, we’ve sacrificed mental health with our obsession with food. That’s why it is so important for me to make sure that we find the foods that work best for you while we also make sure to protect your mental health and peace of mind through the process.

But how do you figure out what your needs are? That’s where I come in. I got my certification in Nutritional Therapy so I could come alongside individuals like yourself to equip you with the tools to support your bio-individual needs. I will teach you how to care for your body using nourishing, whole foods and a holistic lifestyle approach. Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated, you just have to find what works best for you.
